Foreverfeet-footcare Ltd offers Nursing footcare services both In-Home and in clinic settings. this is a fee for service ( I do not direct bill). For some clients your extended health benefits may cover or pay for some of this service; you will need to check with your health benefits provider to confirm this and see if a Dr.'s note for this service may be needed for some coverage.
Initial Visit
Initial Visit: Assessment and Health History, profile setup.
(New clients & clients who have not been seen for over 6 months)
Fee:$85.
Follow-up/ Routine Visits
For clients in regular scheduled appointments.
Fee: $70/visit.
Add-on Fingernail trim
Add-on: fingernail trimming and filing. this is strictly trimming and filing not a manicure.
Add-on: $10.
Clinic Services
Clinic services: this is for contract work. Provide footcare services to rural/community clinics/ organizations who are looking to offer a footcare service to their clients/community. For further inquiries contact Suzanne (Footcare Nurse) to discuss if this option would work for your health clinic or community.
